Two economists who have led the foundation’s efforts have written a book to help other donors use tougher standards of cost-effectiveness to judge the value of charity programs.

Laura Waller Miller‘s insight:

Having a scorecard for significance is important – in fact, it is the “S” in the OPUS approach to a fundraising plan.  Robin Hood is a great org that is redefining how nonprofits are financed and how successful impact is measured.  This is the trend of the future.
